For Small Business Saturday, Alexandria Catherine Events visited Flowers by Jena Paige in Downingtown, PA to set up a holiday-themed mimosa bar. Here, you'll find two recipes that we used so that you can recreate these simple cocktails at your holiday party this year. Cranberry Mimosa Ingredients: Cranberry Juice Champagne (we recommend Brut - keeps the drink from being too sweet) Frozen Cranberries Pour champagne into a champagne flute about halfway. Fill the remainder of the glass with cranberry juice and garnish with a couple of frozen cranberries (these also keep the drink chilled!). Amaretto Ginger Mimosa Ingredients: Amaretto Champagne Ginger Ale Frozen Cranberries Pour champagne into a champagne coupe (we love this style of glassware for a vintage feel!). Fill the glass with 1/4 amaretto, 2/4 champagne and 1/4 ginger ale. Garnish with frozen cranberries. Want to try a twist on this? Before adding any liquid to the glasses, dip the rims in vanilla and then a cinnamon/sugar mixture for more of a gingerbread-flavor. YUM!
