It's not every day that we work with couples whose weddings don't just have themes, but concepts. Rebecca and Troy's had just that, and we loved every second of it. A couple that has had their fair share of exciting adventures, they wanted to bring their relationship and journey to life for their guests. Not afraid to buck tradition, these two opted to host a cocktail-style wedding with a ceremony that their friends and family are going to talk about for years to come. The pair opted for a quick outdoor ceremony where their loved ones surrounded them outside of The Carriage Barn at Liseter. Upon saying their vows, a champagne toast kicked off the reception ... er... actually ... the full fireworks display did after they said "Cheers!". Unforgettable. Inside, the idea was that throughout the night, guests would be able to experience the journey of the couples' relationship ... how fun is that?! Food was the star of the show, with stations provided by 30 Main's catering division: a California Station featuring cheese and wine, a Canadian Station featuring a poutine bar, a Philly Station with cheesesteaks, soft pretzels and more. A DJ played hits downstairs for guests who were taking advantage of the confetti GIF machine or who were playing pong at the college throwback zone. Upstairs, Coast to Coast kept folks on the dance floor and when they needed a break they could pop over to the customized candy bar. An amazing evening was had by all, and I think it's safe to say that Rebecca and Troy have one heck of an adventure to add to their repertoire.
